Strata and ridgelines. Summit is a layered grey quartzite — bands of soft grey, white and silver stacked across the slab and folded into peaks, with darker charcoal seams running through and faint rose-pink traces in the lower layers. It reads like a cross-section of a mountain. Honed, so the layering stays soft and matte, and cut at 3cm for a solid edge on islands and waterfall ends.
