Ice Cristallo

Light passes through it. Ice Cristallo is a translucent quartzite — an icy white and pale grey crystalline ground, scattered with fine slivers of black mineral and slow bursts of amber and rust. Lit from behind it becomes something else entirely, which is why it tends to end up in island fronts and feature panels rather than quietly along a wall. Polished to hold the clarity.
